This is my dog’s FAVORITE toy!!! We call it her chicken (even though it’s a rooster). She’s a mini golden doodle and spends a lot of time chewing! The multiple squeakers are great!! When she gets the big squeaker in his tummy out- that is mission accomplished for her! Then another ‘chicken’ comes in the Amazon box and she gets sooooooooo excited!! We have other similar toys too, but none are better than her chicken!! Average chicken length in our house is about 2-4 weeks, but we usually have 1-3 around at a time. 😉
My dog couldn’t be happier. Got it as a gift for her on thanksgiving, arrived just on time. Considering it’s festive season and all the deliveries are a bit off, this is great service. Before giving it to my dog, I made a picture with it, it’s a very fun item! The dog attacked it right away, and until now she just chomps chomps chomps on all the thick parts, plus we play tug o war with the legs. I kept a close eye on it and when she got it tore up enough, that I didn't feel comfortable with leaving her with it, I bought a second one.
The 'Roasted Turkey" arrived just before Thanksgiving and was a hit not only with our dogs but with our friends. The dogs played with it for a long amount of time but did not go wild and tear it up. I bought it because it was holiday themed and looked cute in the living room, I was not expecting some supper engaging puzzle masterpiece, so I am very happy with the "roasted Turkey". The material is soft to touch, the squeaker is still going strong. Considering buying another one once this one is not in the shape.
My terrier mix loves this thing. She did chew a hole in one if the legs, but we expected her to destroy. It has held up longer than expected and it is the perfect size for her (15lb dog)

Our corgi absolutely loved his turkey, but it wasn’t sturdy enough to last more than a few days. For the price I expected it to be a little tougher for chewers.

I've gotten about 2 dozens of these altogether, they make great toys for my little dog who has played with them endlessly. I've thrown them in the washer and the squeaker still works. they wouldn't work with large dogs, but my small girl is gentle with them.
The dog immediately took to the turkey! He had a great time with it. My only hesitation for five stars is that I thought it would have been a little larger.
